This Brassica blend will uplift your senses. It is Tourne-Sol’s basic Brassica green mix (Tatsoi, Mizuna, Kale, Yukina, etc) embellished with hot mustards, rapini and arugula.
Mesclun Seed Blends or Mescluns, means a “mixed-up mess of baby greens.” Mescluns are a boon for cooks looking for variety in a hurry – a diverse assortment of small leaves can be picked daily for salads. You can pick individual leaves or shear off the whole patch about 2cm (1″) from the ground.
