This variety of garlic is an organic hardneck that is easy to grow and very productive. Easy to store, this garlic will keep its medium strength flavour and aroma for months. Plant maximum 4 cloves per square foot, in mid to late October, and watch for sprout in springtime to know when your earth is defrosted and ready to work. Cut the scape (flower) in June-July to ensure bulb development. Harvest bulbs in late summer, as stalks die off.
