cosmos – Sulfur

Cosmos are native to the land of northern South America up to Mexico. They are Annuals in our climate as they do not withstand our winters, but, they will quite surely reseed themselves and come back year after year. The flowers are also edible! Their bloom is late in the summer but will last for weeks on end through the early fall. For craft, use the flowers as a yellow to light orange natural dye.
