Asparagus – Purple Passion

$3.48

These gorgeous asparagus stalks are completely purple as spears and fronds. They make an incredible addition to any edible landscape. Stalks are sweeter than green asparagus, and so tender crunchy you can eat them right out of the garden. You’ll love the unique, nutty flavour. Stalks turn green when cooked. Cold hardy and heat-tolerant. Harvest from early April through mid May. Mostly all-male plants. Self-pollinating.

Price is per crown. Can be purchased in store or delivered in the Montreal area.
