Timing
Sow indoors in March for outdoor planting in April. Parsley has a sensitive taproot so start it off in a CowPot to ease stress during transplant.
Growing
Parsley is cold hardy so we can plant it outdoors early in the spring and enjoy harvesting until late fall. It will do better with some shade during peak summer months.
